Shifty's been in forums other than this one here. I use to think he was joking most of the time, but then he learned how to post pics... - This kids for real!!

Come to find out, he lives to damn close to here, - not quite a stones throw, but I bet I could peg him with a good driver lol.

As crazy as he is, overall he's a good kid, hearts in right place and he takes criticism,flaming well. That said, I would hope all that heightens awareness somewhat when it comes to safety,- at the very least.

i dont think ive ever overloaded my truck by hauling stuff in the bed. ive moved some furniture a few times, hauled a 4 wheeler for a friend, and i used to have a 75 gallon fuel tank along with a loaded down toolbox. the only thing i have a picture of is hauling a bunch of fertilizer and grass seed. i had 24 bags of fertilizer (50 lbs. each = 1200 lbs.) and 4 bags of seed (40 lbs. each = 160 lbs.) for a grand total of 1360 lbs. i only had 10 psi in my air bags but the truck didnt squat much at all.

 

Here is a page right from shifty's book. This is my baby that I still drive every day and she is very good to me with good gas mileage unlike the signature. I'm at 140,000 and at times it seems like I'm trying to kill her.

Don't worry, I only went maybe six miles with this load. The tile store was closing and I had to take it all at once. I really like my kitchen now!

I just moved into my first apartment a week ago and I towed a 6X12 enclosed trailor full with furniture and what not 190 miles on I-95. Im not sure how much it weighed but I towed it with my bumper and it bent the bumper down a little bit. Id have to say that was my heaviest load. And my 4.2 handled it like a dream.

 

Also If you will take notice of my Andy-engineering and look at the edge of the hood closest toward the passenger door you will see some red. Those are the wires which I installed to turn on the heater blower in the middle of last winter when it went out. It was artic cold and I wasn't screwing around. I just tapped off the battery, to the blower motor, then out the hood, though the passenger door, and onto the dash with a rocker switch. Yeah you can use that trick for all your custom wiring needs, I give you permission

Here is the stance of having a Rize lift and 37 tires and wheels in the back. I drove 500 miles like this. There where lots of weird smells and new drips when I got back home.

How the heck did you fit 37 wheels and tires in the back of that thing???

 

Thats a lot of tires and wheels but those rangers are unstoppable. That should be a lifetime supply right?

I had to haul a 2300 lb palete of red brick one time,No prob, just made sure they put it up toward the cab.Made it a pita to unload though.
