Rear Disk Parking Brake Adjustment

Does anyone know how to adjust the parking brakes on a vehicle with rear disks? The pedel goes almost to the floor before the parking brake engages.

What year truck?

I have seen some that you can adjust like a regular brake drum. See if there is a rubber plug that you can pull off the front of the rotor, if there is there is probably a start whel in there you can adjust. Some vehicles a nut and threaded rod type setup on the cable itself underneath the vehicle.
