BF Goodrich mud terrain km

I've wheeled with a couple guys who ran them and they did very well. They also did very well on the road and they were expecting 40k out of them. BFG makes very good ATs and MTs but they're very expensive for what you get IMO. For an AT its worth dropping that much money, but for MTs its not the best deal. But like I said they are VERY good tires.

I was looking at getting those exact tires for my 01 f150 but after talking to some people I am going to go with the Goodyear Wrangler MTR. They come in the larger 305/70/17 and I like the tread pattern better. Try a search for what should I do for tires, I think that is what it is called. It has pics and some opions on tires that maybe helpful for you.

I have run both Goodyear and BFGs, and feel the BFG's are much better made tires especially if you actually offroad with them. Goodyears are stickier since they use a softer compound, but they wear much faster. Goodrichs have more ridigity in the sidewalls and wear longer. I currently run the new BFG MT km 285/17s with stock rims on my 2002 Supercrew FX4 and they look great, fit and ride great with no adjustments, perform very well in offroad conditions, and are actually fairly quite for onroad driving. Anyway, hope this helps!
