CLunking with brakes

I just replaced the rotors and pads up front on my 1997 F-150 Ext. Cab 4X4.

I noticed the drivers side were nearly metal to metal and the passenger side still had half the pads left. I am looking into the calipers.

Anyway, I now notice a clunking when I hit the brakes on occasion. I tightened up everything, however I am not sure if the calipers or the casting that holds the pads must be torqued to a certain value. Is there something I missed?

Does anyone have the torque vales if that is required?

Also, could the clunking be the bad caliper that I suspect???

Thanks.
