i have 92 f150, e4od, 8.8 and Rear abs only...want to bleed the brakes but Ive heard some people say the abs needs to be done special (star tool or something) and others say just do it normally...so which is right?

I use an Eezi-Bleed by Gunson. It works by pressurizing the master cylinder with fresh brake fluid. You just go around to each bleed valve 'til you see clear fluid.
