offroadmaniac, where are you seeing these 305/75's? I have never seen a 75 series 305 tire (not saying that they don't make em, but all I can find are 305/70's...even checked at 1010tires.com, discount tire direct, or www.thetirerack.com).

Your sizing is probably correct for a 305/75, but I am talking 305/70/16, which several major tire manufacturers make. The 305/70/16 shouldn't rub on a F150 4x4.

My tires are a 305/70/16, I have a 4X4. The brand tire are Cooper Discover A/T's. They rub only in reverse (for some Reason) the lower valance that holds the fog lights. I have even shaved an inch off but to no resolution. It does not rub when in forward motion so it doesn't bother me.

How wide are your rims? I am running 16x8's without a rub.

That's the difference. Your rims are 2" wider, so yours rubs and mine doesn't. (ie your tread is flatter/wider than mine because of your rim width).

the only way it may cause a problem is if you tow, then you might have to get air bags, like in the truckin magazine that they put on the CST lifted truck because the wheels were rubbing after the lift while towing.....
