Look at AFS Wheels:
I bought a complete wheel/tire package (2000 style) from them through EBAY for $1350+tax. Fortunately, they were local so I saved on shipping charges. Their website displays the wheel/tire package at $1946...which is not a bad price.

As for quality of the AFS wheels...they are superb in my estimation...triple-plated American chrome. Also...you're going to need a set of McGard wheel locks (~$45). The business is owned by a husband-wife team and they are great to deal with...very honest.
One more thing...what year is your truck? earlier models had 12mm wheel studs...later models have 14mm studs.
