Question 17" vs 18"

I did a search and everything was for 4x4's and lifted trucks.

Note: tires must have good characteristics in dry, wet and snow (Michigan weather).

Are there any good all season tires that will fit on 18" 2002 Lightning wheels? Most tires I see are "street truck" which means I'll probably be SOL in the winters here. They would be put on a 2002 F150 4x2 no lift.

If not, what is a good all season tire (biggest size possible) that would go on a 17" wheel that will fit....

... under the stock suspension?
... with a 2" suspension lift?

Take a look at this link. It is the results of the street/sport truck tires. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/surveyresults/sst.jsp
You can also see what sizes they all come in.
