Question Odometer Chart for tire change

Does anyone know of a site where you can calculate how much your odometer will change when upgrading tire size. Seems to me I found something like it but can't remember where. Just replaced original Wrangler RT/S tire with Michelin LTX/ATs. Got 55K out of Wranglers but they were always slippery in the rain. The Michelins are fantastic !! Went to 265/75/16 and found the speedo difference but not the odometer. Thanks in Advance !

I don't have a link to an odometer error calculator but you don't really need one if you have a speedo calculator. Since the two are linked, all you need to do is calculate your new speed, divide the difference between the two by the old speed time 100 to calculate the % difference and then use that to correct your odometer. For example:

old speed = 60 MPH
new speed = 66 MPH
difference = 6 MPH

6 / 60 * 100 = .10%

Odometer reading for trip with new tires = 230 miles
actual travel = 230 * 110% = 253

Hope that makes sense.

Chuck
