Looking for recs on rim dealers and type

I'm having a hard time finding something decent used in Wisconsin. 17 inchers and a 2003. I really liked my paint job on the chrome clad rims but they're rotting from the edges and the tires are losing air. I liked the red, but may just have to go with something chrome and sharp. Just bought new tires, so limited budget. Any ideas on what to go with and best customer service?

Those do look good with the red line, reminds me of a '57 Chevy Dad bought used off a lot in Lynchburg .... early '60s. Neighbor recognized it as his once because of red pinstripe on rim's edges he had done on 1957 when it was new. Car was blue, was a Bel Air, but the edge of the rim showed past wheel covers, the red really ,looked good.

Was a guy on U-tube balances with BBs had those wheels, he said his leaked too due to rust and that water & mud stayed trapped there, mud changing balance so why he used BBs to balance. If I had that problem, I'd be looking for used alloy wheels.

If
it's just an issue of rough or rusty rim beads, need to dismount & clean / sand / paint / let dry before remount. If the outer lip is starting to separate, they are pretty much trash now. Good picture in this link below.

I've had clip on tire weights cause slow leaks, but I don't see any in the picture
