When does it start shuddering? When accelerating, braking or coasting?

Usually pulsation through the brake pedal is indicative of warped rotors. However, depending on the severity, you may not feel it.

Can you take a picture of both sides of the rotors?

I really don't think there is anything mechanically wrong with your truck.

Arod - I moved your issue to its own new thread, since it has nothing to do with the problems posted in the other 11-year old thread.

As glc suggested, you MAY be feeling the ABS engaging. Sometimes, it can seem a bit overactive in my opinion. If the rotors aren't warped, there's little else that can cause what you are experiencing. I certainly wouldn't think this would be caused by faulty bearings.

are you using ceramic brake pads?......i too had similar issues when using ceramics up front.... even after I cut the rotors...3 weeks later...same thing...more like BITING...not ABS pulsing. Went to semi-metalic front ceramic rear.. seems to work
