I have to stand by whiplash on this one.
I have a 91 F-250 with 39"x16" Super swampers TSL's
I also have IFS,with a Skyjacker 6" lift and not once have i broke anything.Dont get me wrong here.........she loosens up on me after a GOOD beatin.You just have to keep an eye on things.

dvldog458, first off nice truck. But there is a significant difference between Whiplash's truck and yours. Yours has a dana 50 ttb front axle which is stronger than 97 and newer 1/2 ton CVs. You can run alot larger tire on a dana 50 ttb as compared to a IFS CV.

My mistake,i was thinking of old school F-150's.I didn't realize they changed so much.
