New 20" Rims with Offset and 285/65r20 Tires

I have a 2010 4x4 platinum with stock height and rims (20x8.5). I am looking at some 20x9 fuel krank rims with a +18 mm offset (so that the tires stick out just barely), and 285/65r20 tires. I want that aggressive look with decent tread like the BFG's or Nitto's, but I rarely get to off road so I need something that doesn't destroy my mileage or make a ton off noise. I am also looking at a 2.5" level for the front and a 1.5" level for the back to even it out. With that level would all of that fit without rubbing or any need for any modifications?
