275/65/20 on +20 offset 20x9 no level. Work?

I have been running 275/65/20s on my stock rims, 2012 fx4 4x4 with no rubbing issues, love the look. I am interested in a set of 20x9 +20 offset fuel mavericks and want to use the same tire. I don't have a level kit and I won't be installing one. Before I purchase I am wondering if anyone has the same set up and if moving the tire out 20 mm if there is any rubbing at all. Thanks.

Well not quite the same since I have a level but I do have 20x9 +20 fuel dunes. I went with 295/60/20 so I am slightly less diameter and +0.8 width. I had to trim some but just plastic and I do not rub at all.
