New tire question

will i notice a half inch in tire height? i may go with 265/70r18 since it is a half inch taller than 275/65s but id have to buy a recalibration tool instead of going to the dealer because it is not a stock size.

Notice on the speedo differences on notice the looks? Won't change the speedo enough to bother changing it and I wouldn't swap tires for such a small difference. Don't you want genuinely larger tires for the lift?
