Hey guys I've got a 2008 F-150 XLT and i just put on my skyjacker 2.5" Leveling kit. Now its time to get some rims and tires. Does anyone have any idea if I could fit 35's or 33's on 17's and still have enough clearance to not rub? If you guys have any pictures of something similar you should post them up! Thanks for the help!

 

It's a little more complicated than that. It really boils down to width of rim, backspace and how aggressive of a tire you plan on running.

Do some searching on the site, there are a million threads that talk about it.

 

Not on 16's, because the smallest wheel that'll fit your truck is a 17".

Now for any size wheel 17" and up, it'll depend on the wheels width, backspacing/offset, tire width, tire tread pattern, and whether your 4x4 or 4x2. Without that info we can't really say what's going to fit and what won't.

 

Here's some 315x70x17 BFG's I had on 17x8 wheels with 5.5 inches of backspace. This was on my '04 Lariat that was leveled 2 1/2 inches...no rubbing with these wheels.
