Tire Help!?!?!?!

I have A 2011 FX4 Screw. 2 1/2" Leveling Kit and a 1.5" AAL. I pull a decent size camper so I need to stay with 10ply tires. I am currently running 275/70/R18 BFG All Terrain. I love the tires but get no wear out of them at all. Would like to go with something around 34" to 35" in height and no more than a 12.00" wide. Any one have any tire brand ideas or preferences. Has to be a pretty good snow tire. Would prefer an All Terrain, however not opposed to an mud terrain if someone has had good luck in all weather types with them. I have heard people talk good of the Nitto Terra Grappler A/T and the Toyo Open Country A/T and Cooper Discoverer ST Maxx.. Whats everyones opinion on them?? Also I would love to see some pics of everyones rides with bigger than stock tires just to see the stance. Thanks!

All the tires that you mentioned have a good reputation. I went with the Nitto Trail Grapplers in 295/60R20, which comes out to be (according to Nitto's website) a 34.5" tall tire. I can't speak for ALL weather situations, but they've been fine in the rain so far. But yeah, I would just go with whatever tire you can get the best deal on out of those that you listed. I wanted the mud tire/aggressive look so I went with the Trail Grapplers. Here are some pictures. My setup is in my signature:
