How to tell if i have tpms

Have aftermarket rims and tires that the truck came with and I'm not sure if they have tpms sensors. I've looked all through the info center and can't find anything. In trying to figure out if they have them so I know if I should get them with new rims and tires
Thanks

Anything as old as 2007 has a TPMS system. If you are not getting a light and/or a message stating a system problem or low pressure, those wheels have sensors. If you are replacing the wheels and not using them again, the sensors can be moved to the new wheels. You just need new valve stems that they are mounted to. If you want new wheels/tires as a second set, you will need to purchase another set of sensors and valve stems for the new wheels.

Federal mandated for 2007+ vehicles, some manufactures started doing it sooner to beat the regulations

The message takes up the whole screen similar to the "door ajar". You would see it.

Some cars don't show the driver the pressures, its only required to show a warning light when the pressures are "too low"

I know on LR a tire has to be more than 20% low to set a light. So take a 35 PSI tire would have to be less than 28 to illuminate. TPMS shouldn't be used as a replacement for normal tire pressure maintenence.....
