how to replace check valve

I am wondering how to replace the check valve on the brake booster? Do I just pull it out and replace or is there more to it?

Anyone had to replace this before?

This is for a 98 f150 4.6 4x4

yes - they just pull out. You have to pull fairly hard.

For an older truck, you might need a new grommet as well (the rubber seal around the check valve).
