I have a 2001 F150 V6 and my ABS light comes on when I crank up my truck then the next morning it will not turn on. Then a couple days later it will turn back on. My brake fluid container is full and doesn't look like its leaking cause it's at the same level. Any suggestions?

 

sounds like a wheel speed sensor going bad. Next time the light comes on swing by an autoparts store and have them scan for codes

 

I wasn't aware that parts store scanners could read ABS codes?
