Talking Latest Updates to the truck... NEW SHOES!!

Good evening all,

This is my 2006 2wd crew... it has been a work in progress since I picked her up in the summer of 2009...

I will put one recent pic up here... and leave a link to the album...

This truck has been heavily modded, it seems that I can't do anything the easy way... lol

If anyone is interested on how I got to here... I will be happy to start a build thread if there is any interest... I have improved exhaust, lift/leveled with blocks and spacers, and have added lots of Audio Video Mods... as well as a couple of performance upgrades...

P.S. it has been rainy here in TX for a change... so I'll have to wash her up soon.

Cheers to all... and thank you for looking!

MIKE

Funny you should mention the tint...

the driver's side isn't tinted at all, due to me recently replacing the window due to a break-in... some folks don't believe in earning their spot in life...

the rears are all tinted with factory privacy, and I can't get anyone around here to tint the front passenger and further (or either fronts prior to break-in)... so I just need to get the driver's side matched..
I DO have plans to PTM the door handles, however I was thinking about black as well... The pillar posts will get a glossy black replacement... and Im still working on the bumpers... budget dictated that they stay the same for now, but I'm considering line-X or Rhino for them...

Thanks for the interest.

MIKE

Sorry to hear about the break in, but it definitely sounds like you're headed in the right direction with the future mods!

Looks great! I think it would look good with the handles painted black, then do the bumpers and rocker panels in line-x, and then get either the stock flares or bushwacker flares line-xed. And that sucks about the break in, I can't stand a thief!

You never want to walk up to your truck and see this...

I was soo pissed about the damage and loss, that I didn't do much investigating at the time... it wasn't until I went to replace the window glass that I noticed...

They first tried the lock punch... but it doesn't work on the electronic keypad model?
So....

Still no success... so they just broke the glass, which makes me even more angry...

Peering in

They spilled her guts....

The worst part about it was driving around without ANY noise for two weeks waiting on the insurance to adjust it...

Never fear, it has been restored to near original greatness... lol
