need a tire size for an 18 that is close to 305/70/16

I really liked the look on my old truck with these tires with the 16s. Is there a way to figure what tire size for an 18 would be close to that setup

A 305/70-16 is basically a 33x12.50-16 tire. Just look for a 305/60-18 or 33x12.50-18 if you want the same height and width. Other sizes that are close are 285/65-18 (33x11.50) and 305/65-18 (34x12.50).
