Metal rubbing/Moaning when applying brakes

Hey all. I've been having an issue with what I'm hoping is only a brake problem. When braking lightly and turning right at low speeds I hear a slight grinding/squealing sound. It kind of reminds me of a brake pad hanging up. I almost can't hear it unless the windows are down. I also have a moaning vibration sound when braking a very slow speeds in reverse. The reverse moan only happens the first time the pedal is pressed when backing up, but not every time. I'm hoping someone may have had a similar issue and can shed some light on this for me. Thanks in advance.
Truck Specifics:
2004 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4
5.4L
75,300 miles
Essentially stock.

Have the pads ever been changed?

I've owned it for 41,000 miles and have not changed the pads.

The noise while moving forward sounds like your pads are shot. You should really pull off your wheels and check ASAP. Changing your pads sooner is better than later if you want to re-use your rotors.

The noise in reverse on the first stop is normal - a little moisture probably built up no the pads/rotor. I wouldn't worry about that as long as it isn't repeating on every reverse stop.

Had the same noise going on in the front. Noise had started Friday, pulled the tires off on Sunday and sure enough bad pads. The passeneger side inside pad had no pad left and was scrapping metal to metal, tore up my rotor. Amazed it only started making noise, but yea I would definately check your pads.

Turns out it was the rear driver side pad. I went ahead and scrapped all of the OEM pads in favor for some Wagner Thermoquiets. Easy fix. Thanks for all of the help and advice. I was worried I had bearings going bad. Not a hard fix but a little pricey even for a DIY'er. I don't know if the previous pads were garbage but the TQ's seem to have a lot more bite.
