Where to buy Wagner TQ, do they still make semi-metallic?

I'm looking for new pads and have decided to go with Wagner TQ's, either ceramic or semi-metallic. I can't seem to find the semi-metallic for sale any more anywhere except advanceautoparts.com, and they don't guarantee a fit for my vehicle.

Is there a reason not to go ceramic? Does anyone know where I can buy wagner tq semi-metallic and if so, where to find the wagner part numbers for front and rear for my 2010 Lariat?

On a related note, the TQ ceramic seem to be only $66 for front AND rear at rockauto.com, whereas autozone sells just the front for $77.99!

I've done a lot of web and forum searching. Any input is appreciated.

Thanks! I searched and read reviews for like an hour today. I had the ceramic part #'s, but couldn't find the semi-metallic anywhere, which seemed to be the ones everybody was raving about. I'll probably go with the ceramic. If anyone else is in the market, check out rockauto.com front and back combined for cheaper than just front on many sites.

You will like the ceramics just as well as the semi's. Have a set on mine, very quiet and dustless.

Just picked up a set of ceramics myself today. Doing my level and brakes at the same time. Got one side done, will do the other tomorrow (got dark, damn daylight savings). I'll be running 35's, hopefully they hold up.
