Backspacing/Fitment Question 05 2wd

Howdy everyone! I've got a 2005 2WD with stock rims and 255/65/17 tires. The tires are about shot, and I'm going to beef up the truck some with new wheels and tires. I'm thinking of upgrading to 18x9 Eagle Alloy 079 wheels and 275/70/18 Cooper Discoverer ST Maxx tires, along with installing a 2.5 inch level. I've read that aftermarket wheels for 2wds should have between 4.5 and 5.5 inches of backspacing, and the Eagles I'm looking at have 4.466 inches. Will this small difference mean the wheels won't fit, or will they be alright? I know someone else has probably asked this, but I'm just trying to make sure before I drop $1500+
Thanks

Bump for a little help? I'm also a little concerned about the tires looking too skinny since I know they'll stick out some.
