BOTH rear brakes hanging up at the same time??

2001 F-150 4x4 with rear disc brakes.

Has anyone here experienced both sides of their rear brakes hanging up at the same time? At first I was thinking seized calipers, but then both of them doing it at the same exact time seemed a little odd. Now i'm thinking it may be the single brake hose that comes down from the frame to the axle that feeds both calipers, could that be delaminating inside causing an artificial valve inside that isn't letting the brake fluid back when letting off the brakes? If anyone has a similar experience, please post! Thanks.

mine did it a few years ago. It's rust under the anti rattle clips. Pull the caliper off, remove the pads, and remove the anti rattle clips. The clips that the pads sit on. Take a grinder or what ever is handy, buff the rust off and put it back together.
