Just so I can understand this right can someone explain how these 3 different wheels would look. All would have 35 x 12.5" tires on them and they are all 20 x 9" wheels. The first has 5.5" bs and 14mm offset, the second has 5" bs and 1mm offset, and the third has 4.5" bs and -12mm offset. Thanks, Mark

As compared to the stock rims (17 or 18 x 7.5 w 5.5"bs), the first will stick out 1.5" farther, the second, 2" farther, and the third, 2.5" farther.

My stock wheels are 20's does that change anything.

 

I believe in this case the answer is no. The 20" are wider, but have a 6.5" bs, so the width washes out.

 

So in anyones opinion which would be the best fit and look. I dont mind if the new tire stick out a bit, but not crazy out. I think it looks a bit meaner with them out a little. Like I had said the tire would be either Toyo Open Country M/T's or Nitto Trail Graplers. If anyone looks up Stovetops truck, thats the look im going for. Thanks again, Mark

 

you can do what i did, place a 2x4 piece of wood which measures roughly 1.5 thick against the wheels you have and go from there. As a previous poster already stated, the 5.5 bs sticks out 1.5" farther and so on..... that will give you a good idea how much each wheel will stick out.

 

Do you only have a level? If so the positive offset will allow largest tire fitment. Which will still be close if not require some trimming with the 35s.

 

I'm putting the 4" Rancho on. By the way I thought the stock 20's had 6" of back spacing not 6.5" and all have a +44 offset
