i have a 2011 Supercrew 4x2 and plan on leveling it eventually (when my tires are done). i plan on getting ( http://www.kmcwheels.com/wheels/?whe...=3&groupid=36# ) in the 18x9. what would be the biggest size tire i could put on there. also how does a leveling kit affect the way the truck drives

2 inch level and I wouldn't go much bigger than 285/65/18(nearly 33s) with the 0 offset of those wheels. They will stick out an inch or two more than stock. Leveling kits don't affect ride much at all. Mine didn't change.

Well if you have stock 18s they are 7.5 inches wide with +30 or so offset. This is a measurement in millimeters with a 5.5 or so measurement in inches of backspacing. So with the wider rims with less of an offset and probably 5 inches backspacing, you have to figure the difference to see how much they will stick out. Easy way to think of it with nine inch wide wheels is that +30 or more will tuck in similar to stock and-12 will stick out significantly. Varying degrees in between with different offsets. It it's fairly complicated. Maybe someone will have a link our explain it better where it will make more sense. Those wheels appear to be offered in only one offset for that size. Other wheels have multiple offset options.
