Need help with wheels please

My 2012 f150 fx4 screw should be here the beginning of April and I'm looking at putting new wheels and tires on it right away. I want to put 18x9 ballistic jesters with +12 offset, and 295/65/18 Goodyear dura tracs. My question is will this combination work without putting a leveling kit in? Thanks for the help in advance.

The wheel itself just putting the stock 275/65R18 will stick out past the fenders. Putting the 295 on there may rub when turning lock to lock. Some small mod's may need to be done besides just fender flares.

I really want this wheel and tire combo but don't want to do any modifications to the truck. Would a different offset help (-12 or 0)

The more negative the offset, the farther the wheel/tire will stick past the fenders. If you wanted to have them tuck under the wheel wells, go more positive - like +35. Keep in mind the size you want to put on there... 295's are wider, so tucking the wheel in with +35 could result in the tire over hang rubbing against the strut housing.
