Wheels and Tires on Silver 2009 SCREW XL 4x4
Wheels and Tires on Silver 2009 SCREW XL 4x4
Finally after three years my warranty is up! This means I can start upgrading without the Qatar dealers voiding my warranty. Yes, they told me they would void any warranty issues pertaining to steering, suspension, transmission, etc, for upgrading wheels and tires.
All of this being said, I am currently getting quotes for 18in XD Monsters in black with 285/65R18 tires. I can buy BFG ATs locally, or Tire Rack can ship me Kumhos (the BFGs cannot be imported from the USA to Qatar). When you include overseas shipping, the prices are about equal.
Can you guys give me comments on this setup. Will I have to worry about rubbing? I can always add a 2in level kit, just not sure if it was needed. I primarily do road driving with the additional gravel and sand dune driving periodically.

That size will fit easily without level. 285/65/18. As to which to go with, the bfg's will more than likely last longer and be a better tire. For the same price, I would choose bfgoodrich over kumho.
