Well, you didn't really ask a question, but are you looking to stay stock size, or smaller/larger than stock? Is the trucked lifted/lowered and how much? Of the tires you listed, they are all way smaller than stock and would look tiny. If you are looking for a tire slightly larger than stock, but to fit with stock suspension, then yes, a 275/65/18 is a good size.

Those are all way too small. If 18s 285/60/18 would be the smallest tire for a 2wd I would go. 45 or 50 series will be way too small. Let us know if u are 2 or 4wd and if u plan on leveling, want similar to stock size or want the biggest that will fit. THE 275/65/18 would be the only ones that would look good on your truck.

Can you imagine what a 215-35-18 tire would look like on an 09 Lariat? OMG.... Would be a bit of a "circus came to town look". Go big, or go home I say.....

That size would fit an accord, by no means would look good on an f150. Wild that site recommended that for a f150.
