Question Best Rotor???

I have a 2006 4X4 f150 with the 5.4 V8. My rotors are bouncing pretty bad when I put on brakes at higher speeds. I looked on rock auto and there are so many companies and models of rotors. They range from $30 to $150. I have no idea which ones are best. I would like to spend around $50 or so per rotor. Anybody have any suggestions as to which ones to get? I'm going to be running a 6 inch lift and 35s if that matters. I've heard that slotted rotors eat up pads fast, is that true?

I put this on my '05 F150 Screw 4x4:

Did it 3 years ago, towed my 9500# boat and 7000# enclosed trailer. No problems at all, no dust, no squealing. When shopping for rotors, the composition of the metal is critical to longevity and performance (ie. China steel is crap). You get what you pay for. $50 / per rotor won't cut it. Good luck.

EBC, PowerSlot, or Brake Performance, in that exact order. The first two usually are Zinc coated, the Brake Performance brakes are not and rust when wet like stock but clean up after use. I put them in my old truck, still pissed I didn't remove them before trade.

I got all 4 of my stock rotors turned at O'Riley today. It was $65, so I figured it was worth a try. If they don't last long then i'll know not to do it again

I just picked up a set of Ford's Atlas brand rotors yesterday. They were $64 each at the dealership. The box had 4 different part numbers printed on it, so I looked those up on Rock Auto and the price went anywhere from $54-84 for those numbers!

If I hadn't needed the rotors right away I would've gotten the Motorcraft ones from RA for the same price. But...
