Unhappy Problem w/Grabber AW's

I have a set of 255/70R/15 General Grabber AW's on my 2001 SuperCrew. Lately, I've noticed that ripples or small bumps have started to appear on the sidewalls of two tires.

Does anyone know if this is normal or if I should have my dealer's service department look into it?

My mom just bought a Nissan(EW) she HAD the same tires you do. They also started to bubble, she just figured all the weight frm the SUV. Once she got about 5,000 miles on them, she was driving down the freeway and BOOM! there went her front left tire. Only thing I can say is get some new tires and get them fast cause you don't want to be behind the wheel when somwthing like that happens.

I have those same tires and so far thay are fine with 40000Km or about 24000 US miles on them. They do have the wave in the sidewall from the mold but other than that are fine yet.

I notice the ripple on three of the four on my Screw. Only have 4000 miles on it.

Gonna see what the dealer will do.

The "wave" in the sidewall is normal. It is the steel belts wrapping around the tire. You should be concerned if you see a bulge or a bubble in the sidewall.
