Whell shimming at 60 to 70 MPH

Whell shimming at 60 to 70 MPH
Put on a set of 22 in. aftermarket wheels had them balanced twice seem to ride a little smother than the first go round. Drives good to iI reach 60 to 70 MPH sometimes faster to do anyone else have this problem Please Help
