Eagle Alloy Wheels

I am looking at getting "Eagle Alloys 079 Series Super Finish Black Wheels" which are 20" x 9". They have -12 offset and backspace I believe of 4.5. My 07 F150 has 18" stock wheels on it currently. Is there any issues with rubbing, etc that this wouldn't work. Maybe some modifications to make it work? Pics would be great. Also I am wanting to put 275/60/20 Cooper LTZ. I did some searching and didn't find a whole lot of answers. Thanks.

Those wheels will stick out 2.5 inches farther than your OEM wheels. I'd go with a 305/55-20 (33x12.50) tire personally. I think 275's will look too skinny.
