New to the tire world

i currently have a 2000 ford f150 2wd and the stock wheels were 255/70/16. i now have 305/40/22 im ready to change my rims and tires to a offroad look. i know the bolt pattern is 5x135, but when i go to order rims they want to know proper diameter, width, offset, backspace, and hub diameter" cant i simply say i want a 16x10 with a 5x135 pattern? im trying to go with a 33" tire and JcWhittney is not making it very easy. want to use this size rim: 16"x10" 5x135 -38mm 4" 87mm Style 174 and this size tire: 285X75R16D (33X11.50R16) OWL MTX Radial Tire will they fit my truck and will the tire fit the rim
