Put my 6" lift and 35" All Terrain tires on a few weeks ago and I have a vibration that is beginning to annoy the &@%* out of me. I've had them balanced 4 times at 4 different shops, one of which was a road force balance. The tires have been shifted around on the truck but that only made me feel it more in the steering. It's not real bad but it is enough to annoy you, especially considering the wheels and tires were about $2200. Am I being too picky? Is this something that all 35" tires do?

These are brand new tires I assume?! You may have a broken belt in one or more of the tires.
I've got two different sets of 35's for my truck. Aftermarket 20's with BFG KO's and aftermarket 17's with BFG KM2's. The 20's were terrible when I first got them but since I have had both sets roadforce balanced and I have no vibration at all.
Depending on brand of tire and how well your tire dealer will work with you I would try the roadforce.

They have already been road forced balanced, tires rotated 180* on the wheels and nothing helps. Thing is, is I put new wheels on it at the same time so I'm not 100% positive it's the tires. Could be a bad wheel?
It sounds like to me the shop doesn't know how to use the road force machine. I don't have 35's but had a few issues getting my tires balance when I went to 20's and got a little education in the process. The first shop that road forced them didnt have a clue and told me the tires were out of spec. I went to another shop with a very good rep and they knew what they were doing. They rotated the tires on the rim the correct amount (it shouldn't just be 180* the machine should tell them how far for each tire) and they balanced out fine. It is also my understanding that they should be able to tell you if the wheel or the tire is bad from the readout they get. Once again that is assuming they know what they are doing.

They should be able to give you a print out on what the road force number is. I'm not sure what size wheel tire combo you have but on mine the first place was reading all over 50 which is when they told me they were out of spec for my size tire. The second place got two reading in the teens, one in the twenties and one in the low thirties. I've rotated a couple of times since and never feel any vibration.
I'd check around your area and maybe look for a shop that specializes in large custom wheels and tires. Most local tire places that also carry wheels just don't know how to handle it.

Both sets of mine have the same lip and they had no problem. Try your Ford Dealer if necessary, since they now sell tires they were all supposed to have a trained tech with their road force balance machine. That's where I ended up after numerous attempts at other places and they got it right the first time.
