pics of Backspacing

Ok im getting Ion alloy 174 wheels with -38 backspace as soon as a buddy of mine pays me and i am wanting to see how much they will stick out. show off your wheels and tell how much backspacing you got. thanks!

If I remember correctly 4.5" backspace on 18x9 wheels

For a 97? If it is, the pics above won't do you any good as Chasos08's 2008 has completely differnt wheel specs from the 97-03's.
I have 16x10's with 4.5 inches of backspacing.

Thanks and what does the 4.5 inch backspace equal? -12? -24? -25? what?

digging up an older thread by a few months.

Wandell,
Your pic above shows the 4.5" bs.

Procomp offers a 16x10 steel chrome wheel in a 4" bs...
How much further will it stick out? ( 97-03 models )

A 10 inch wheel with 4 inches of BS will stick out 1/2 inch farther than one with 4.5 inches of BS.

So if there is more back spacing then you would need to trim less??

I hope I can find a rim with a decent amount of bs I love the look of wide tires and tires sticking out the sides
