I just put 4.88's in to go with my 37's and couldnt be happier. I would guess it's running about 75 at 2400'ish RPM.
Speedos off still though.
Went with the 4.88 knowing it would be a touch low figuring it will help make up for the added weight from the bigger tire, suspesion, tube work ect...
I got Motive Gears from National Drivetrain. They easily set up within just a few thou off the factory shims and seem to be really quiet.

Did you get your new gears? What did you go with? I had Yukon 4.88s front and rear with my 37s. Before that I had 35s with stock 3.73s. It was a major improvement in performance. MPG difference was negligent; if there was a change, I didn't notice. I drive pretty conservatively, though, during everyday driving and I tuned the 4.88s into the computer with a superchips flashpaq. I just recently upgraded to 40" Procomp Xterrains, lost about 1 mpg but the truck still performs very well with the 4.88s. Make sure your tranny is in good working order though; bigger tires and 4.88s mean a lot more strain. I had mine rebuilt/upgraded after I destroyed the stock one from participating at Race Legal several times.
