I remember that article from a while back, and it is unfortunate what happened. I can say though, Weber27 and myself bought our trail grapplers from there in a 295/70/18 for $998 shipped, and received them in 3 days in perfect condition. I can not promise what others experiences will be, but I have nothing bad to say about them.

Regardless of where you get them, I have been very pleased with my tires, ride great, low road noise, handle good, and look great. I had my mind set on a set of 35x12.50x18 BFG KM2, but could not stomach paying the extra money. No regrets thus far. You can see pics in my profile if you would like.

I just paid 1487.10 for 5 BFG MT KM2's, they are mounted on the Mickey Thompson Sidbiter 17x9's that cost me 925 for 5. 40 bucks for a 32 lug nut set and 100 bucks for mountin and balancing.

that wont hurt so much to say in 2 weeks, cause ill be home drivin on them. WHOO HOO

Have also read the negative feedback regarding 4wheelonline, but I have to say I'm really happy with them right now. I bought a set of wheels + tires on Mar 31st and they arrrived today, Apr 5. The fact they offer free shipping sealed the deal for me. I saved a ton of $$ by going thru them.

I got my mud grapplers from rimzoneonline.com. 35x12.5R20 for 1350 shipped. Cheapest tire anywhere I could find. 4 wheel parts couldn't even price match it was so low. They are the loudest tires I've ever heard as well. So far they dig pretty good in the mud, but if you don't mind how loud they are I think they are the best looking tire out there.

treadepot.com also has amazing prices and by far the lowest on 35" Toyo M/T's....even cheaper than Rimzoneonline.

just fyi - 4wheelonline is different than 4wheel parts. you would have saved 50 bones by going thru them, but you still got a great price.

Pro Comps would be the last tire I would ever consider. Pure junk in my book.

I meant 4 wheel parts. I have a local store about 30 min away and I have purchased a lot of parts and done a lot of business with them, great group of guys. I've heard about 4 wheel online but they have a lot of bad reviews and didn't think about calling for a price match, they wanted 100-200 more if I remember correctly.

Yes, 1300 shipped. I know it sounds too good to be true, and I have also read the negative review, but I couldn't be happier with my purchase: a set of Nitto TGs & 20" black XD monsters for $1620 shipped. Took 3 business days to show up at front door. Discount tire had me at ~2400 for this setup, including install.

almost 30k on these 37x13.5's when I sold them. Still at about 30 percent. Always rotated, balanced and alignment. Very quiet tire. Never offroaded. But at $430 each... 1700 total and lets say they went 50k. You can get a pair of anything else that can go 30k miles for $350 each..1400 total.. save 300 bucks and lose half the mileage almost. I duno.
