Shaking at 50+MPH/ Screeching Noise at Low Speeds

Okay.
First of all I just want to say hello.
Good to be here.
I have a 2004 F150 STX reg cab new body style 2WD.
About a year ago, I had to replace my front left rotor because of bad wheel bearings.
Recently I had small fender bender and had to get my front bumper and front left tire replaced. Shortly after getting the truck back from the body shop I noticed some shaking at about 50+ mph. This truck has brand new perfectly balanced and aligned tires according to the tire shop. It has never shaken like that even at 80MPH on the interstate. It has always driven like a dream.
The shaking has been getting pretty bad where I almost need to pull over sometimes. I checked my lugs and they were all pretty tight. rotors aren't scored and pads are fine. But when I was trying to take the front left tire off my 150lb friend literally stood on the 4 way while i pulled up to break some of the lugs.
Could that have warped the rotor and caused the shaking?

Also, it has recently started this screeching sound like a rusty door hinge. It doesn't happen when you press the brakes only if you let the truck idle in gear or barely press on the gas. So only at low speeds? Could this be warped rotors?

Any idea or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Cody

Might need another wheel bearing.

I've considered that. The only problem is the hub is built into the rotor from what I understand and the only practical solution is to replace the whole rotor. Which I did the first time. It's not making the same noises as when the bearing went out. Also, another note. It doesn't seem to make the noise when coming to a stop or in reverse. Only when crawling forward but I can't confirm that at the moment.

Won't help the shake, but make sure the dust shield on the back of the rotor isn't bent and making contact.

Are you sure the parking brake isn't sticking? I'm sure you'd smell it if it is..
