+18 would be my vote. I have -12mm and my 12.4" tires stick out a good 2 inches. I get quite a few rocks thrown up from my tires. Pics in my gallery.

A 9 inch wide wheel with 4.53 inches of BS will stick out about 2.5 inches farther than the stock wheels, 5.71 inches of BS will stick out about 1.21 inches farther than stock and 6.1 inches of BS will stick out about an inch farther than stock.

Since you have stock rims and tires.....

The tires alone with stick out roughly 1.5'' further than stock
Add the 1.5'' more for the width of the rims regardless of backspacing
I would go with the the 5.71 bs.

I am assuming you are leveling and going with 33's?

Also, don't go over 2.5 inches with a leveling kit. The 3 inch kits leave the ball joints at too severe of an angle to last.
