has anyone bought any tires from onlinetires.com? I was wondering about the customer service and if it was a good idea? they have some pretty good prices on the KM2's and toyo m/t's.

 

ive never used them nor have i heard of them. i did just order some tires from discount tire. they were the cheapest i could find and they also price match. just something to keep in mind. the customer service while ordering was very good.

 

I bought two sets from them. The only issue was that they sold me a set of tires that they showed in inventory but were on back order, and later called to tell me the news. Meanwhile it took two followup calls to finally get the charge reversed on my credit card. I then turned around and ordered a different set from them with no problems. All in all, I'd use them again the next time I need tires, but make them physically verify the tires are in-stock before buying.
