Rear brake problem

I recently put new rotors and pads on the rear of the Ex... I noticed now they are very sqeaky... I even sprayed them with that sticky anti sqeak, all around the pad, except for contact area. Stuff always works, even with the cheapest of pads(which I didnt put on this time). I've had over 100 miles on these brakes and the rotors dont even look phased. IS there some way to section off the fronts at the master cylinder and only use the rear??? I really think there just not broken in and have glazed over since they are rear brakes...
