Someone is buying my tire hopefully. Altho i like my 33's, it's a longbed and needs a little bit bigger tires to look proportional imo. Anyway i need some help picking them out.
It's between these 3...
1) Mickey Thompson Baja Claw
2) Procomp Xterrain radial
3) BFGoodrich m/t KM2's

Just pertend like someone was giving you free tires, whichever you like. Which ones would you pick?

depends on how you wheel, half street, half off road pro comp will be a good choice. they are a good suitable tire in between a/t and mud tire.

mostly mud or whatever challenge comes your way, bfg. they get alot of trucks through crap they shouldnt get through or around or up! their beast.

claws, not a big fan, personally. i say for the best offroad, BFG! 50/50 pick pro comp.

 

The Xterrain's the cheapest. I just don't kno if they'd be aggressive enough for me. The baja claws are pretty mean lookin but...i haven't met anyone that really has that much good to say about them. KM2's are hardcore. pricewise, are the km2's worth the extra money. Which one of these tires gets hte best treadwear? Right now it's between the Xterrains and the KM2's. If anyone has pics of either one of these tires on their rig, please post them and i'd be very thankful.

HONESTLY I REALLY JUST WANT SOMEONE TO TALK ME OUT OF THE KM2'S!!! LOL

 

not gonna happen bro. xterrains have the best tread wear.

the KM2's are really the king and you cant beat them. buy them and be happy and tear **** up!

KM2s all the way...I absolutely love them, they don't wander all over the road, ride good and they throw mud everywhere.

I haven't had them long enought to give you a long term wear on them, but i have about 15,000 miles on them and look as good as the day I got them, very little tread wear.

 

I'd also choose the BFG's.

 

Sounds unanimous. Must be a pretty darn awesome tire! I'll go with the km2's, first i gotta find me a set of lariat 17 inchers tho. Anybody kno someone selling 17" wheels 97-03? Does anybody kno how much road noise the km2's will make?

 

they will get you where you need to go! they get through some stuff!!!

 

You kinda say that like their are other Mud tires you'd pick first maybe.
Any mt out there, which would you pick?
Do the KM2's make alot of road noise?

 

DO NOT GET BAJA CLAWS!!! They wear out SUPER fast! Definitely can't go wrong with BFG's. They perform awesome and they look sick. Km2's make just as much noise as any other offroad tire. The way they designed the lugs are meant specifically for hardcore mud and rock crawling so they will rumble a lil bit. But who cares! They will look awesome
