97 F 150 Brakes wont Bleed

Well I have a 97 f-150 disc front brakes and drums in the rear. I have bleed the brakes and install a new master cylinder. My problem is either my brakes are not bleed enough which doesn't make sense my brother and I bleed them for two hours. Or something is outta adjustment. When i hit my brakes i can push the pedal about half way before the brakes start to kick in. However I can go 35 push the pedal to the floor and safely stop with the abs kicking in

did you adjust the rod when you put the master cylinder in? did you change the hoses for the front calipers? they could be clogged. did you take the bleeder screw out of the calipers to make sure they werent stopped up??
