Rotors info
From previous post: https://www.f150online.com/forums/wh...ng-rotors.html
I changed my passenger rotor today.
Wanted to warn people that 01 (I assume 99-03 and 4wd's) 2wd has two rotor offsets. So when you get rotors make sure you get the right offset or your caliper/brake bracket will not align.
Freakin guys are car quest could of told me before I packed the bearings and installed everything!!!!
I would of done a dry fit first instead of moly greasin' everything up!
Just try'n to pass some advice on..
The rides so smooth now it feels off... I was so used to the shaking, shimming, and pedal pulsating!!!! Shake my radar detector and GPS off the windshield. It was ridiculous.
Also car quest is good (better than NAPA and Zone as far as quality and price) - they used all moog parts. Races, bearings, and seals. Except the rotor I got already had races in it...
Hot damn it feels good to have her ridin' smooth again.
Changed the earl and filter while I was at it..
May change drivers side tomorrow!
Thanks for the help!
