Looks good. Is it a true drilled? looks like a fake drill, and will it stay forever black? Or will it wear out to a machined finish overtime?

thanks i didnt want true drilled but to sometimes they will crack. If you get themdimpled(which these are) they will stay cooler and are supposed to brake better and you dont have to worry about cracking.
The black will come off but the black in the slotted and dimpled part will not come off or thats what they told me when i gotem we will see
thanks yall

Are those from brakeperformace.com? I have those same dimpled/slotted rotors on the front of my 06 Navi and my wife's 06 Lucerne and absolutely love them. Stops are straight and short. They are a bit noisy -- you can hear them 'whirl' when you step hard on the brakes. I attribute that to the cooling performance as air whirls through the slots and dimples. Good luck getting the fronts off. I spent the better part of the afternoon whacking the heck out of the old rotors with a sledge....but they finally break loose.

No...no high pitched whine. The rotors on my wife's Lucerne are definately noisier than these on my Navi. They're quiet while driving...it's only when you get into them for hard stops that you'll hear them.

cryo treated slotted rotors with Hawk LTD pads (Heavy Suv/Truck pads)

or do the smartest thing and swap to a big rotor kit. http://www.autoanything.com/brakes/61A3158A0A0.aspx.

that was the selling point for me my buddy in fl has an 2004 f150 supercrew with 38's on it and he says it breaks better with the new rotors and ceramic breaks then when he first bought it so i figured im only runnin 35 so i hope they work well
thanks yall
