Car Tires?

Hey guys.. I'm finally looking into picking up a new set of tires for my 06 Civic Coupe. To be honest, I don't drive the car much.. as I only have 25k on the odometer. I do a lot of short trip city driving when I do use it, with the occasional long drive out of town. Tire size 205/55r16

I'm looking for a decent all season tire that works well with Texas weather. No snow.. occasional rain.. almost always hot. If the tires lasts me atleast another 25k, I'd be happy with it. The car isn't driven agressively, so I figure just about any basic tire would be good enough right?

I'm looking around Dicount tire and came up with a few choices.

Barum Bravuris 2 - $60 / tire
Riken Raptor HR - $80 / tire
Yokohama YK520 - $106 / tire
Michelin Destiny - $118 / tire

The Riken or Yokohoma seem like the better buy... Then again.. I don't drive the car hard, and would be happy with another decent 25k, and those Barum tires are only $60 a pop.. lol.. I'm sure I could get about 40k with rotations out of any of these sets.. I know I'll never need the 80k warranty on the Michelins..

What do you guys think?

Yea definately. The Michelins will definately last the longest, but the Civic barely gets 5k miles a year.. even if that. The Michleins would easily last the car for 15+ years.. lol, but who would want to drive on tires that old? I've heard it to be recommended to replace them every 6 years regardless of mileage.. definately no longer than 10 years. Apparently tires can expire too..

To be honest the Civic is now my wifes car. She uses to commute to work and school and sees 90% city driving. It's an 06, and the tires I throw on it now will most likely be the last set before we trade the car in, so a set of tires that last me atleast 25-40k would be good enough for me.
