will my 22x9 fit this tire....
Also will these stick out or sit flush?
I think on my 2wd a perfect flush fit will look best.
The 305/55-20 is basically a 33x12.50 tire while a 305/40-22 is essentially a 32x12.50-22 tire. I just think a 32 inch tire on a 22 inch wheel is not enough rubber for an offroad look. Personally, I think 33's on 20's is at the verge of being too little rubber. What is the backspacing on the 22x9 inch wheels you want?

I found a calculator that says a 22x9 with 30mm offset gives 6.2 BS
What are your thoughts?
A 9 inch wheel with 6.2 inches of bs will stick out about an inch farther than the OEM wheels. Most offroad style 9 inch wide wheel for your truck will have about 4.5 to 6 inches of BS. Those should fit fine.
I'm sorry to beat a dead horse but I also am new to the truck market.
I have a 06 F150 with 22X9 rims and my wife just bought be a RoughCountry Leveling Kit with struts and a Diablo Predator.
I want to get the look of Blackout and thinking about Toyo MT 33X12.5R22LT or the 35s.
The Kit advised it will clear a 2WD F150 with 35X12.5 is that true? Or will I get rub and have to do some trimming?
